Burns Night celebrates the life and works of Scottish poet Robert Burns on the anniversary of his birthday, 25 Jan. Traditionally a celebration with friends and family involving poetry, food (traditionally Haggis) and whisky (traditionally Scotch) and the playing of pipes. But like most things, you can do Burns night your way.
