Release #3 – ‘Small Batch’

Our third whisky release ‘Small Batch’ will be available from our Distillery shop from Friday 24th June.

The whisky is our lightly peated house style, matured in a combination of STR and bourbon casks, and bottled at 46.2% ABV. The spirit has been aged in predominantly STR casks (re-conditioned casks that have been shaved, toasted and re-charred) with a significant element of ex-bourbon. These casks compliment the White Peak house style of fruit-forward new make. As with all of our whisky, Small Batch is non-chill filtered and all the colour comes from the cask.

Flavour

The flavour profile of this release is similar to that of our First Release. This batch has notes of sweet popcorn and orchard fruits on the nose, with brandy baskets, banana and sandalwood on the palate, and a sweet vanilla finish.

This is a 4323 bottle release and is priced at £60.

Buying a bottle

We are limiting purchases to one bottle per customer (online and in our Distillery shop), to give as many people as we can an opportunity to buy; we want our whisky to be opened and enjoyed.
